Sleep with your hair loosely tied up or in a loose braid. You can also use a satin pillow case to help prevent tangling and tension around your hairline.

Start with every other day but work up to every 3rd or 4th day. Natural oils are good for your hair. If your hair gets really oily in a days time, I recommend dry shampoo.

- Roots 6-8 weeks - Foil 5-7 weeks - Full color 5-7 weeks - Balayage 12-14 weeks Hair grows fast - about an inch per month - so techniques like balayage, which involve hand painting the hair and not going all the way to your roots, help you to get a gorgeous look with less maintenance.

Everyones hair is different, I have some clients whose color lasts for months, while some only last for a few weeks. Washing in cold water and with professional products definitely helps prolong the process. Also, not washing your hair every day helps.

It takes 21 days to train your hair. Whether it be washing schedule or training bangs or a new part, a consistent 21 days will have your hair trained.

Balayage is a hair coloring technique originating from France, where highlights are free-hand painted onto the hair, creating a soft and natural gradient of lightness towards the ends. This method mimics sun-kissed effects and complements various hair shades. It's gentle, handcrafted approach achieves a subtler, more gradual transition between colors compared to traditional highlighting methods.

Typically, you can stretch the time between full foil appointments for six to ten weeks, influenced by your hair's natural growth and your desired appearance. This grants you the luxury of relishing your captivating, multi-dimensional highlights for an extended duration before the need for a touch-up arises.
